San Jose Victorian—Downstairs

BELOW STAIRS (Ground Level) There are five rooms on this level with one oversized spa bathroom and a common area. This floor was used to house a Day spa like business by the previous owner, but we're not sure how we'll use the space (other than using it for storage as it's currently being used). The Hallway Here's what the hallway to the rooms looked like (before we moved in).

Bathroom #3 Since this used to be an alternative Healing Center, the bath has three showers, a double sink, and other features that can accommodate multiple users. BEFORE (all pictures)

Room 20: This room has a bay window and at the moment, we have no idea how we will use this room. Here's what it looked like BEORE we moved in.

Room 21: Another room we don't know what to do with yet.

Wine Cellar We plan to use this room to house our modest wine collection.

Dance Studio This old classroom is now Tribe Badir's private dance studio. The troupe has yet to "claim" this room and make it their own.

Storage Room It's as big as a one car garage but is woefully unfinished so we think we'll use this one for storage. Pictures of the room BEFORE we moved in.


Downstairs Kitchen Since we like to entertain, we thought we would put in a simple kitchen downstairs for easy backyard access during parties. Shots of this room BEFORE we moved in:
